| 摘 要： | 以南京大学-鼓楼高校国家科技园(简称“南大科技园”)为研究案例，通过剖析生长历程探索其成功经验。南大科技园所取得的成绩得益于政府规划导人宣传与经营城市谋略的灵活运用，管理体制创新，完善的市场化运作体系以及园区品牌企业的营造策略。南大科技园的实践昭示，外部政府的管理创新和内部的市场化运作，是大学科技园成功的关键。

| Abstract: | Based on an empirical study on the state science park of Nanjing university,it discusses its development course and success experience. It concludes that this park profits from publicizing of government programming and flexible applying of city operation strategy,management system innovation,perfect market operation system,and building of famous brands. Its experience indicates that exterior management innovation and interior market operation are the key successful factors. Our conclusion can be used for reference in the process of exploring the development mode of the university science parks of our country. |
