| 摘 要： | 目前广西高校研究生资助存在政府资助权限过分集中、研究生资助政策体系欠完善、教育中介组织发展相对滞后、社会对各高校研究生的资助不平衡等问题,今后应通过稳步拓宽研究生资助的参与主体、加强政府宏观调控、加快教育中介组织建设、建立健全高校内部回应机制、扩大社会参与资助的力度和广度等途径,完善广西高校研究生资助利益相关者共同参与机制。

| Abstract: | There are some issues in the postgraduate-funding system in colleges and universities of Guangxi,such as the over-centralization of the authority of the government funding,the imperfection of the postgraduate-funding policy system,the relative lagging about the development of the educational intermediary organization and the imbalance of the social funding towards the post-graduates.In order to solve these issues and build a better participation mechanism of the stockholders in the postgraduate-funding system in colleges and universities of Guangxi,some measures should be taken,such as diversifying the participators,strengthening the government macro-control,accelerating the development of the intermediary educational organization,establishing and improving the response mechanism of interior university and calling up public funding in a much more broader and deeper way. |
