| 摘 要： | 随着成人高等教育规模的不断扩大,给成人教育的管理队伍提出了新的更高的要求。在深刻反思成人教育管理在发展过程中存在问题的基础上,探索成人教育管理队伍建设和管理创新问题,提出以科学发展观为指导推进成人教育管理创新的发展基本思路,即加大推进成人教育管理理念、办学模式和教学水平等方面的改革和创新,从而使成人教育的效果达到最大化,为促进人的全面发展、促进学习型社会的形成方面作出积极的贡献。

| Abstract: | As the constant expansion of HEA(higher education for adult),the administration were placed more demands of managing the adult higher education.This paper aims to profoundly rethink the existing problem of adult higher education management so as to exploit the construction of management staff and innovations in HEA under the concept of scientific development.The detailed construction plan should include putting forward the reform of HEA management theory,pattern of school running and the teaching level.Therefore the effect of HEA can be maximized.As facilitating people’s all-round development and forming the learning-oriented society,HEA have made a positive contribution. |
