| 摘 要： | 大一年度创新项目是一种新的基于项目学习的模式，具有探索性、综合性、实践性、合作性、开放性的特点。要保证大一年度创新项目达到预期的目标，关键在于运用“项目管理”的知识体系，加强项目过程管理，包括项目启动过程、规划过程、执行过程、监控过程和收尾过程的管理。并将具有共性的项目管理实践经验进行总结，形成规范化的标准，不断提高项目学习的质量。

| Abstract: | The innovation project in the first year of university is a new project based learning(PBL) pattern,which possesses the characteristics of being exploratory,comprehensive,practical,cooperative and open.In order to ensure the project to meet the anticipated goals,the key is to strengthen project process management,including project starting process,planning process,executing process,supervising process and winding up process,by applying project management body of knowledge(PMBOK).Thus,the general project management practical experiences will be concluded and the standardized criteria will be formed to improve the quality of project based learning(PBL) steadily. |
