论高等职业教育职业素养培养目标与结构要素

摘    要:隐性职业素质也即职业素养,包括人需要在较长时间范围内通过内在与外在环境共同作用得以形成的职业道德、职业意识和职业态度。职业素质培养是高等教育的最终目标,职业素养培养是高等教育职业素质培养的重要环节。当前,高等职业教育职业素养培养目标应以高等职业教育人才培养目标的指导方针为基础,强调以社会主义核心价值观为基础的职业道德培养。同时,还应重点培养以职业价值观为表现之一的职业意识培养以及职业道德在具体工作中深入体现的职业态度培养。

Abstract:Occult occupation quality namely occupation accomplishment,including people need in the long range by the internal and external environment interaction to the formation of occupation morals,occupation consciousness and the occupation attitude.Occupation quality training is the final aim of higher education,occupation accomplishment training in higher education is an important link of cultivating occupation quality.The higher occupation education occupation accomplishment training goals should be in higher occupation education training objective guidelines as the foundation,emphasize the core value of socialism based on occupation morality.At the same time,we should also focus on training to occupation values for the performance of occupation consciousness training and occupation moral in specific work embodied the occupation attitude training.
