| 摘 要： | 随着民办高等教育的快速发展，专任教师队伍不断壮大，教师队伍中的中青年教师越来越多，在新的历史时期下，对教师队伍的要求也越来越高，为使民办高等教育事业健康发展，必须反思当前民办高校在中青年教师队伍建设中存在的问题，进而提出有效的措施。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of private higher education ,the number of teachers is expanding ,espe-cially the number of young teachers .Under new circumstances ,the requirements for teachers are higher and higher . In order to ensure healthy development of private higher education ,we should face the problems existing in the young teachers’ team and put forward some effective measures . |
