| 摘 要： | 完善社会管理,促进社会管理创新,建设中国特色社会管理体系是当前社会管理的重要任务.社会事务管理急需社会合力,参与治理,长江江豚保护协会就是一个典型的新社会组织,具有标本意义.新社会组织在社会管理中的主客体双重地位,决定了在社会组织参与社会管理中,既要发挥党的领导和政府的主导作用,又要创新社会自律机制,还要发挥公众的监督功能.

| Abstract: | Improving social management and promoting the innovation of social management and constructing the social management system with Chinese characteristics are important tasks of current social management. Social affairs management are in urgent need of social cohesion to participate in governance, the dual subject position of social organization decides it should not only play leadership of the party and the government＇s leading role, but also innovate social self-discipline mechanism, as well as put the public supervision function into full play. |
