| 摘 要： | 在对户外素质拓展训练简介的基础上，分析了高校开展户外素质拓展训练的必要性，并认为在安康学院开展该活动具有可行性，一是拥有开展户外素质拓展训练的场地和自然条件；二是基本具备了开展户外素质拓展训练的师资条件；三是已在部分专业学生中开展了户外素质拓展训练项目尝试。

| Abstract: | On the base of outdoor training on simple introduction, analyzes the necessity of colleges and universities to carry out outdoor to expand the quality of training, and that the development of the activities at the Ankang University has feasibility, one has to carry out outdoor training grounds and natural condition ; the two is the development of outdoor to expand the quality of training teachers condition; three is already in the part of professional students to carry out the outdoor training project to try. |
