| Abstract: | Many problems exist in our country's present land collective ounership:dislocation of the owners,indistinct division of property right,abnormal circulating mechanism of land and irrational structure of powers and functions.The land property right system needs further reform:to clarify the land ownership;to establish a rational property right structure and land circulating mechanism;to deepen the reform of the countryside's tax system and clarify the relationship of hire and taxes. |
