| 摘 要： | 图书馆存在着非正式群体.其特性使得这种群体不易被组织所观察到,但这并不表明非正式群体不应该被组织所重视.本文分析了非正式群体形成的条件,阐述了其类型、特点及正面、负面影响.网络环境下图书馆重心逐渐向电子化、网络化和信息化服务转变,但在此基础上,并不能忽视推进图书馆现代化的最积极的因素--图书馆人员的管理.

| Abstract: | There are some informal groups in library. The informal groups is not readily noticeable because of its characteristics. This does not mean that informal group should be ignored. This paper discusses the formation condition of informal group and expound its features and categories, as well as the positive and negative impact. The library pay more attention to the service of electronic, network and information in network environment .Meanwhile library should not ignore the management of library functionary, which is one of the most active factors. |
