| 摘 要： | 高校教师的劳动具有劳动动机多样性、劳动过程复杂性、劳动成果滞后性等特征。传统的高校教师绩效管理忽视高校教师的劳动特征。高校教师绩效管理应基于高校教师劳动特征进行改革，以科学发展观为指导确定恰当的管理目标，做好岗位劳动分析，建立平等的管理关系，树立尊重高校教师劳动的绩效管理原则，从而优化高校教师绩效管理系统。
