基于高校教师劳动特征的绩效管理

摘    要:高校教师的劳动具有劳动动机多样性、劳动过程复杂性、劳动成果滞后性等特征。传统的高校教师绩效管理忽视高校教师的劳动特征。高校教师绩效管理应基于高校教师劳动特征进行改革,以科学发展观为指导确定恰当的管理目标,做好岗位劳动分析,建立平等的管理关系,树立尊重高校教师劳动的绩效管理原则,从而优化高校教师绩效管理系统。
