基于多分辨率自适应方块编码的图像压缩

摘    要:固定块BTC编码既具有DPCM算法简单,又具有变换法抗误码能力强的优点,但也有着压缩率低的缺点.块的大小与编码后恢复的图像质量是一对矛盾,为解决这个矛盾,本文提出了多级自适应方块编码算法,期望在图像质量和压缩率间达到一种均衡状态.这种算法易于实现而且具有较好的图像质量和较好的压缩效果.并且,本文探讨了利用人眼特性,对分块判决方式进行改良的可能性.

Abstract:Changless BTC algorithm is simple and has low error code ratio,but it has low compression ratio.It is incompatible between the size of coding block and the image quality of comeback.In order to solve this problem,this paper gives adaptive multilevel BTC algorithm expecting equalization between compression ratio and image quality.The algorithm is simple and possesses high image quality and better compression effect.This paper also discusses the possibility of improved BTC using eye characteristic.
