| Abstract: | With the gradual advance of economic globalization and the rapid development of higher vocational education,enhancing the construction of teaching staff becomes the key of higher vocational education.Carrying out "helping and educating project",strengthening the combination of study,work and research and combination of training and introducing,training building bases of professional teachers and establishing reward mechanism can benefit the training of double-role teachers. |
