运用蛙泳评分方法提高普通高校游泳课蛙泳教学质量的实验研究

摘    要:游泳课是普通高校体育教学中的薄弱环节,针对当前高校游泳教学的特点和教学效率和质量不高等存在的问题,通过对蛙泳评分考核方法进行改革的研究,结果表明,结合蛙泳技术环节进行评分考核的方法,有利于学生尽快学会和掌握蛙泳的基本技术和基本技能,可以有效地缩短学会蛙泳的时间,提高教学效率和质量。

Abstract:Swimming course is a weak link of physical education of institution of highe reducation According to the characteristics of swimming teaching and the problems of the lowteaching efficiency,an experimental resea rch has been done through reforming the marking method of breaststroke The result shows that the method integrated with the technical links to assess and mark is useful for students to learn and master the basic skill as soon as possible andshorten the time of learning breaststroke and improve the teaching efficiency and quality
