| 摘 要： | 文章采用文献资料法、调查法、经验总结法、观察法等研究方法对民族传统体育教学、中学课外体育活动等进行分析，结果表明：民族传统体育在中小学课外体育活动开展中受许多因素限制，其中有教材、教师及教法的原因，同时也有学校对课外体育活动不重视，管理不规范等原因。提出要发扬民族传统体育自身优势，并不断与中学生身心发展特点及体育教学规律等因素相结合，这样才能构建出与中学课外体育活动发展相适应的民族传统体育教学之路。

| Abstract: | Using the research methods of literature,survey,experiences,observation etc.,the paper studies on the teaching ways of national traditional sports and middle school sport activities after school.The results show that the development of national traditional sports are restricted in middle school sports activities after school,for example,teacher,teaching ways,itself and factors of school management etc.are the main reasons.Thestudy finds that national traditional sports should develop its own advantages.Besi... |
