| 摘 要： | 建国以来我们引进了大量的足球外籍教练,在一定程度上促进了我国足球水平的提高,通过对近年来国家队和各俱乐部聘请外籍教练员工作的总结,对存在的问题提出了自己的看法和建议,争取使聘请外教的工作早日进入良性循环。

| Abstract: | Since our country was founded,we have invited lots of foreign football teachers,and this increases the football levels of our country.In this paper,the author gives his owns views and suggestions about the phenomenon by expounding the advantages and disadvantages on inviting foreigners,in order to forming a good circle on football development. |
