| 摘 要： | 尽管我国法律明确规定了公民享有平等的受教育权,但实践中却出现了受教育权不平等的问题。作为公民的一项基本权利,平等的受教育权理应受到国家的保护,国家应综合运用自身的教育立法权、行政权及司法权,为公民享有平等的受教育权提供保障。

| Abstract: | Despite the specific regulation of equal civil right to education in our country,the inequality still remains in reality.As basic civil right,the country's protection of the equal right to education is a must.Integrated applica- tion of legislative right,administrative right and judicatory right should serve as a basis of guaranteeing equal civil right to education. |
