| 摘 要： | 根据我国学校体育受教育群体大多为独生子女这一现实国情,通过分析独生子女的身心特点、体育精神在学校健康教育中的重要作用,阐述了现代学校体育的切入点：首先,切实做到现代学校体育教育目标的准确定位;其次,现代学校体育应坚持“健康第一”的理念不动摇;再次,现代学校体育应以培养体育精神为出发点;从而,现代学校体育达到培养体育精神与弘扬健康教育的完美结合。

| Abstract: | According to the objectives of our school physical culture education and considering the reality that most of the students are the One-child in the family in China,the authors of this paper try to analyze the physical and mental characteristics of the One-child group and the important role that sports spirit plays in the school health education and point out the cut-in points for the physical education in modern schools. It is elaborated in the paper that the target for the physical education in modern schools must be set properly;it must always stick to the idea of "health firsthand the physical education must be based on the cultivation of sports spirit. Only in doing so,can the perfect combination of sports spirit with physical health education be accomplished for the physical education in modern schools. |
