| 摘 要： | 纵观我国的基本建设，成绩可喜，但在各个环节上存在着浪费和漏洞现象，如果我们在优化设计、科学管理、规范市场等各个环节上加强造价控制和管理、节约开支、堵塞漏洞，既能提高企业效益又能提高社会效益。本文从建筑工程设计、施工、结算三阶段探讨工程造价的管理和控制。

| Abstract: | Looking over the infrastructure in our country,we can see the great achievements,but wastes and leaks exist in each link. If we enhance the control and management of the cost save expenses and stop leaks in design, magnagements and market, both social benefit and the benefit of enterprises can be greatly improved. Here we would discuss the control and management of the construction cost from the aspects of the construction design,construct and final estimate. |
