| 摘 要： | 在中国特殊的转型经济背景下,市场的迅速变化要求企业不断地获取关键信息以求发展。以中国377家高科技企业为样本,探究了网络能力、信息获取与企业绩效的关系。实证研究结果表明,网络能力的提升有利于信息资源的获取,而信息资源的获取与高科技企业的绩效成正相关关系,同时还发现网络能力对信息获取与企业绩效之间的关系具有正向调节作用。最后讨论了本文的局限性及将来可能的研究方向。
