| 摘 要： | 研究了一种低压连续水解生产脂肪酸的方法,特别是利用各种油脂在生产脂肪酸的过程中能在低压条件下连续水解制取脂肪酸的方法.将原生产脂肪酸的水解压力由5.5MPa降至0.5MPa以下;将水解时间由3～16h降至2～30min分钟;将工艺用水量减少了50%.

| Abstract: | This paper aims to make a research on the method to produce FA by low pressure continuous hydrolysis. The hydrolysis pressure is reduced from previous 5.5Mpa to less than 0.5Mpa, and the hydrolysis from 3 - 16 hours to 2 -30 minutes. The process water needed is also reduced by 50 per cent. |
