中国背景下的学习型组织结构研究

摘    要:在M arsick和W atk ins的DLOQ量表及结构化访谈的基础上,先后对796名中层、中层以上干部进行问卷调查,通过探索性因子分析得出:中国背景下学习型组织由个体学习、团队学习、学习支持、授权、系统思考五个维度构成,且在验证性因子分析中得到验证,表明在中国东方文化背景下的学习型组织结构与西方文化背景下的结构是有差异的。

Research on construct of learning organization in China

Abstract:Based on briefly review on learning organization, this paper investigated 796 managers of 11 companies.The result of exploratory factor analysis(EFA) revealed that the learning organization consisted of individual learning,team learning,empower,create systems to capture and share learning,system thinking.Furthermore,the five dimensions model was testified in the confirmatory factor analysis(CFA).The five dimensions model was differ from seven dimensions model of Marsick & Watkins,it indicated that learning organization was varied with different cultures.At last,the paper discussed the application,the meaning of the research and the direction for further researches.
