| 摘 要： | 美德是渗透在个人身心、知识、能力、观念等一切方面，在青少年竞争力系统中起统率与整合作用的核心要素，是青少年的核心竞争力。在当代社会，家长对子女及青少年对自身竞争力的关注由于工具理性的影响，而过于偏重科学技术、技艺和技能（这些对个体的成长当然是必要也是值得肯定的），却忽视以美德为核心的个人精神力量。其直接后果是美德在青少年竞争力系统中的淡化甚至缺席，并由此导致青少年个人综合竞争力的普遍弱化。因此，提升全社会对美德作为个人核心竞争力的认识，并通过有效途径来培育、塑造青少年的美德，是当务之急。

| Abstract: | Virtue is a core competitiveness of modern teenagers,it infiltrates in all of teenagers' body and mind,intellectual,ability and notion.But in the present age,the parents and the teenagers themselves pay more attention to the skill technique instead of virtue.As the result,our teenagers' competitive strength are weaken generally.So,parents,schools and our society should try hard together to give the teenagers moral training,let virtue play more important role in the individual competitive strength system in order to improve our teenagers' competitiveness. |
