| 摘 要： | 从R&D投入等四个方面定量研究了我国高新技术发展的水平及其变化,对建国以来,特别是“九五”期间我国产业结构的变化及与高新技术的相关性进行了分析,初步探讨了高新技术促进产业结构变化的一般规律,在此基础上提出了促进我国产业结构升级的有关建议。

| Abstract: | The paper makes a quantitative research on the level and evolution of high-technology development of China, as well as the changing process of Chinese industrial structure and the relationship between high-tech development and industrial structure since the foundation of PRC china. The general rule of how high technologies promote the change of industrial structure is discussed. Finally, the author put forward some suggestions on how to adjust the development of high-tech and to upgrade industrial structure in China. |
