| Abstract: | This paper lays emphasis on the impact of entrepreneurial orientation on firm growth, and brings the ab-sorptive capacity into the relationships between entrepreneurial orientation and firm growth, then it recognizes how the entrepreneurial orientation influences the firm growth with the furthering of the absorptive capacity. |
