| 摘 要： | 借用拉康的镜像阶段理论,分析了目前中国法律史研究者面临着研究深度和广度的一些困惑。西方学者研究中国传统法律文化的视角和成果,正可以成为中国学者研究中国法律史的镜子,在阅读中与西方学者交流,形成新的镜像,突破常识局限展开新的思考。本书所收录的文章,体现了主编关注法律与资源的研究方法,着意于开拓新的研究视角和方法的深意。
