| 摘 要： | 乌兰布和沙漠是全国八大沙漠之一,风沙是该地区最主要的自然灾害。直到现在,乌兰布和沙漠治理形势依旧严峻。笔者通过对杭锦后旗双庙镇继丰村乌兰布和沙漠的三次大规模治理的调查分析,发现1999年以来,由于国家加大了投资力度、建立了比较完善的管护制度、广泛运用了科学技术、创新机制,极大调动了企业和个人积极性等原因,使得这里治沙效果特别显著,沙害基本上得到了控制2,007年,继丰七社还成为全旗生态建设示范点。这些成功的经验或许能为其他地方治沙提供有益借鉴。
