| 摘 要： | 少数民族习惯法的发展变化是由多种因素综合作用的结果。就鄂温克民族而言,在清代随着其社会经济政治等生活所发生的巨大变化,其习惯法也随之发展变化。但由于其内部不同分支所处社会环境不同,其习惯法的发展样态存在非常明显的差异。因此考察少数民族习惯法时必须要考虑到该民族所处的社会环境。
