| 摘 要： | 职业认同感是衡量学前教育专业本科生培养成功与否的重要指标。调查发现,学前教育专业本科学生的职业认同状况总体较好,但仍存在一些问题,例如专业选择动机不明确、所感受到的社会对于幼儿教师职业的尊敬度不高、专业坚定性不强等,建议从社会、学校、个人三方面着手,切实增强学生的职业认同。
