| 摘 要： | 图书馆事业的发展最根本的决定性因素在于图书馆员,加强公共图书馆人力资源管理,利用好人力资源,提高工作效率,是促进公共图书馆事业发展最直接有效的方法。分析了公共图书馆人力资源管理存在的问题,提出了解决问题的对策。
