| 摘 要： | 当今中国社会面临几种主要风险:群体性事件、公共安全突发性事件、生态环境全面恶化、社会经济发展不平衡、价值观冲突等。建立社会主义和谐社会必须确立风险意识,落实科学发展观,善于应对、防范和化解社会风险。

| Abstract: | At present China faces these major risks: group incidents, unexpected events of public security, general deterioration of environment, imbalance of social-economic development, and clash of values. A socialist harmonious society relies on a heightened awareness of social risks, the application of Scientific Outlook on development, and the ability to prevent, deal with and resolve social risks. |
