| 摘 要： | 认为供应链的本质是节点企业为有效地发挥自身资源优势和合理地利用其它节点企业资源为目的,围绕产品或服务而组建的一种组织形式。在此基础上给出了供应链风险的定义:凡是能引起供应链资源组合与市场需求不匹配以致供应链资源组合竞争力下降的可能性;将供应链的风险分成三个层次,指出并分析了链风险的四种情形,最后提出了链风险管理的四个原则。

| Abstract: | The essence of the supply chain is that it is an organization form built to provide better product and service to the consumers,in which the node enterprise can efficiently exert its resource advantage and reasonably make use of other node enterprises' resources.On the basis of it,this paper puts forward the definition of the supply chain risk,that is the possibilities,which can cause the mismatch between the supply and the demand and give rise to the competition ability descend of the resource combination,and can be defined as the risk of the supply chain.In this paper,the risk of the supply chain is divided into three layers.The paper points out and analyzes the four kinds of situations of the chain risk.Finally,the four principles of the chain risk management are put forward. |
