| 摘 要： | 我国民营企业要实现企业的和谐发展,就必须正确理解求和是和谐企业的内部伦理取向、伦理诉求。分析求和是和谐民营企业发展的关键伦理,有利于提高工作效率,有利于挖掘企业资源,有利于有利于减少有限理性。树立和谐的财富观念是企业追求和谐伦理向度的精神诉求,运行和谐的治理结构是企业追求和谐伦理向度的组织诉求,构建和谐的员工关系是企业追求和谐伦理向度的人才诉求。并提出民营企业的内部求和的具体做法。
