| 摘 要： | 不论是中国还是世界油气工业,未来的发展前景都很广阔,可望蓬勃发展100年。限于油气资源分布不均、勘探条件变差、开发难度增大、利用要求提高,未来油气工业的发展越来越依靠科技进步和创新人才的支撑,目前它们正逐步表现出国际化的发展趋势和对“研究型”、“复合型”、“国际型”、“节俭环保型”等四类创新人才的迫切需求。油气工业的发展及其国际化为中国石油高等教育的发展和国际化创造了条件。在这一过程中,中国石油高等教育既担负着为国家培养高层次人才的历史责任,也面临着创新理论和发展技术的大好时机。

| Abstract: | The petroleum industry will have a broad future and will vigorously develop for one century not only in China, but also around the world.Restrained by the uneven petroleum resource distribution, worsen exploration condition, increase of developing difficulty and utilizing requirement, the development of petroleum industry depends more and more on the improvement of science and technology, and innovative talents in the future.Presently petroleum industry has gradually shown its globalization trend and urgent requirement on four kinds of innovative talents including researching type, composite type international type and saving and environment protecting type.The development of petroleum industry and its globalization have created conditions for the development of Chinese higher petroleum education and its globalization.In this procession, Chinese higher petroleum education does not take the historical responsibility for cultivating high-level talents, also face the great opportunity to innovate theories and develop technologies. |
