| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和访问法等研究方法，对广州10个城区46个住宅小区的体育设施的建设、管理及居民的健身活动的特征等问题进行调查和分析。提出，强化居委会的职能，加强和完善城市会宅区全民健身工程的管理；发挥体育局的技术优势，加大对城市住宅区居民健身活动的指导力度；加强相关法律和法规的建设。 |

| Abstract: | By such research methods as consulting literature, questionnaire and interview, the authors investigate and analyze the construction and administration of the physical fitness facilities in 46 neighborhoods of 10 urban areas in Guangzhou and the features of residents' fitness activities, thus pointing out that it is necessary to intensify the function of neighborhood committee, strengthen and perfect the administration of nationwide fitness project in urban residential areas, bring sports bureau's professional skill into full play, enhance guiding urban residents in their physical fitness as well as make relative laws and regulations. |
