| 摘 要： | 文章分析了网络环境下医学科研人员信息利用水平的现状及其影响信息利用水平的因素,为了提高医学科研人员的信息利用水平,本文提出了在信息利用意识、信息利用技能、信息利用培训和信息服务等方面应该采取的措施和方法.
