论新课改对教师素养的要求

摘    要:新课程改革推行以来,其成效已逐步在基础教育教学改革中得到体现。教师作为新课程改革实施的主体和关键,能否深入地贯彻实施新课程改革,将直接关系到新课程改革的持久进行和成败。新课程改革要求教师在理念上、操作上、引领上、智慧上、科研上、心理上和学习上必须具有相应的素养,从而树立民主、平等、开放的教育理念,增强课堂教学的互动性,引导学生进行学习方法的改革,具有教育智慧,走科研型、专业化之路,具有健康的身心和完整的人格,进行终身学习。
