| 摘 要： | 通过问卷调查、访谈、数理统计、文献资料等方法，对大连地区高校大学生进行抽样调查，了解、分析2008年北京奥运会掀起的奥林匹克教育热潮对大学生体育意识和生活方式的影响。奥林匹克教育对大学生体育意识和生活方式的影响很大。表现在大学生参与体育活动的动机、兴趣及主动性明显提升，这对大学生体育行为的转变有着积极的推动作用，有利于纠正其不良生活行为，促进其生活方式的改善。
