| 摘 要： | 信息技术和网络的广泛应用给医学图书馆工作带来了冲击,网络环境下的医学图书馆在医学文献载体、医学参考咨询服务、读者获取信息方式、服务方式与服务观念、读者教育方式等管理方面发生了变革。对信息时代医学图书馆工作的管理变革进行了粗浅的探讨,并就医学图书馆管理工作的创新进行了探索。
