| 摘 要： | 分析了灾害发生后应急救助的特征,提出了基于代理的应急救助资源优化调度模型,模型中引入学习的概念,通过招投标过程积累经验信息,实现动态调度。通过算例,简要分析了模型的可行性。 |

| Abstract: | After analyzing the process and key factors of emergency scheduling,this paper puts foward the agent-based emergency scheduling models. These models include the dynamic scheduling algorithm based on learning mechanism through bidding and pricing process. Examples results show that the scheduling models and algorithm is valid and feasible. |
