| 摘 要： | 孔孟虽同为儒家代表人物，但两人在民本主义思想上却存在不同点。主要表现在：对君、民两者本质认识上的差异；君、社稷、民三者之间地位安排上的差异；君、民之间关系处理上的差异；对仁政具体实施方案上的差异。形成这些不同点的根本原因是由于两人所处的历史时代不同．所要解决的社会主要矛盾不同。

| Abstract: | Both Confucius and Mencius are the representatives of Confucianism, but they had different doctrines on Democracy. They were different mainly in the cognition of the crown and the people, in the position of the crown, and the state and the people, in handling the relationships between the crown and the people; and in the program for carrying out the policy of benevolence. The root causes for these differences are mainly the different times they lived in and the different social contradictions they were to solve. |
