| 摘 要： | 人口老龄化是社会发展的必然结果，我国已成为人口老龄化国家。人口老龄化加重了社会负担，并在社会服务、社会伦理道德、老年人的心理需求等方面造成了一定影响。为解决人口老龄化造成的社会影响，成人教育可采取以下应对策略：完善社会保障机制和国家法律制度、通过技能培训促进农村剩余劳动力向城市的转移、增强全社会的养老意识和法制意识、构建多层次的老年学专业人才培养体系、积极开展老年教育等。
