| 摘 要： | 从中国女排在奥运会的表现说明女排姑娘的情商是值得学习的,同时女排精神对排球教学产生了积极的影响,对情商的概念、内涵以及排球教学对激发和培养学生情商的有利条件进行了全面论述,并就排球教学中学生情商的激发与培养的途径和方法进行了初步探讨。

| Abstract: | The performance of the players China Women volleyball team in the Olympic Games shows that EQ of the player of China women volleyball team is worth learning, which the spirit has brought out the positive effect on the volleyball teaching. The authors expound the concept , connotation of EQ and beneficial advantages of stimulating and cultivating the EQ of the students and approach the way and method in volleyball teaching. |
