| 摘 要： | 全球化背景下的当代中国正处在转型性发展的重要历史时期。这种转型性发展,不是根本制度的转型,更不是国家政权的更替,而是一种结构型转型,即在坚持社会主义基本制度的基础上,对经济、政治、文化、社会管理体制及其运行机制进行根本性、全方位的改革,同时实行全方位对外开放,以革除积淀在某些制度、体制中的弊端,增强社会主义制度的活力。改革开放、科学发展,是当代中国转型性发展的基本形态。在当前转型性发展的关键时期,我们面临着一系列挑战、矛盾和问题。前进道路上的矛盾和问题,只能靠进一步深化改革、促进经济社会深层次转型来解决,也只能靠进一步扩大开放、更深层次地融入全球化大趋势和人类文明大潮流来解决。转变经济发展方式,促进转型性发展,需要深层次解决好的一个关键问题是政府与市场的关系问题。在全球化进程中推进中国特色社会主义,必须纠正＂非独立形态论＂和＂中国模式论＂这两种倾向性观点,进一步深化对中国特色社会主义社会形态的认识。

| Abstract: | Contemporary China is on the times of transformational development,which is neither the transformation of basic system nor the change of state power,and is a structural transformation,namely on the basis of sticking to the basic system of socialism,reforming economy,politics,culture,social management system and operation mechanism fundamentally and omni-directionally,meanwhile opening to the outside omni-directionally,in order to abolish disadvantages in some systems and strengthen the activity of socialist system. Reform and opening-up and scientific development are the basic formation of transformational development in contemporary China. In the crucial period,we are faced with a seris of challenges,contradictions and problems. Only by deepening reform,promoting deep transformation,merging into the main trend of globalization and human civilization can we solve these contradictions and problems. A key problem is the relation between government and mar-ket when changing the mode of economic development and promoting transformational development. In the process of globalization,advancing socialism with Chinese characteristics,we must correct the two views：＂non-independent formalism＂ and ＂Chinese pattern theory＂ ,and further deepen the cognition of the social formation of socialism with Chinese characteristics. |
