| 摘 要： | 不同时期,国家、市场以及社会力量参与教育公共性建构的程度以及方式不同,教育公共性的内涵也会随之发生一定的转变。国家之于教育公共性的建构与实现应该遵循最小干预与后果保障的原则;市场参与教育公共性的建构应该遵循最低限度与灵活应变的原则;社会参与教育公共性的建构应该遵循法定义务与伦理关照的原则。在社会结构转型时期,随着教育公共性内涵的变迁,市场参与教育公共性建构的可能性将会愈来愈大。市场参与教育公共性建构的方式与程度主要是由教育领域的性质与特点来决定的。

| Abstract: | Different extents and ways of the participation of the country,market and social power in different periods in the construction of educational publicity result in a certain changes of the connotation of educational publicity.The country's construction and realization of educational publicity should follow the principles of minimum interference and aftereffect guarantee.The participation of market in the construction of educational publicity should follow the principles of minimum limit and flexibility.The participation of the society in the construction of educational publicity should follow the principles of legal obligation and concerning about ethic.In the period of social structural transformation,with the changes of the connotation of educational publicity,the possibility of the participation of market in the construction of educational publicity is getting bigger and bigger.The way and the extent of the participation of market in the construction of educational publicity are mainly up to the nature and characteristics of educational field. |
