| 摘 要： | 邓小平同志指出，改革是社会主义社会发展的直接动力，改革是第二次革命，改革是全面的改革。这一理论坚持和发展了历史唯物主义关于社会基本矛盾的学说，坚持和发展了马克思主义关于革命的学说，贯彻了唯物辩证法关于物质世界是普遍联系和发展的观点。

| Abstract: | Comrade Deng Xiaoping pointed out that reform is the direct motive force to the socialist development,that reform is a second revolution and that reform is an all--round reform. The theory has held firmly to and developed the historical materialist theory on the basic social contradictions. It has held firmly to and developed Marxist theory on revolution. It implements the materialist dialectics viewpoint that the material world is universally related and developed. |
