网球运动对男性青少年骨密度的影响

摘    要:采用美国Hologic QDR4500型双能X线吸收仪对广州市46名男性学生进行测量,结果:运动组与对照组全身BMC、BMD无显著性差异(P〉0.05),运动组优势侧BMC高于非优势侧22.4%,高于对照组优势侧8.7%,而运动组优势侧BMD高于非优势侧9.8%,高于对照组优势侧6.0%,运动组下肢BMD高于对照组,但无统计学意义。结论:长期规律网球运动对男性青少年全身骨密度的影响较小,长期规律网球运动对上肢骨密度的影响显著大于下肢。

Abstract:By using the American Hologic QDR4500 Dual energy X-ray absorption instrument,46 female students in Guangzhou were tested.The paper turned out that there were no significantly differences of whole body BMC,BMD between exercise group and control group,and the BMC of dominant lateral of exercise group was 22.4% higher than nondominant lateral,8.7% higher than dominant lateral of control group,but the BMD of the dominant lateral of exercise group was 9.8% higher than the other lateral,6.0% higher than the control group.And we also found the BMD of lower limbs in the exercise group was higher than the control group,though no any statistics significance.Conclusions: Influence of long-time and regular tennis exercise on Bone Mineral Density of Male Adolescents was little,but more significantly on the upper limbs.
