| 摘 要： | 运用实证研究法针对我国武术用品制造企业的绩效评价的有效性问题,从平衡计分卡的财务、顾客、内部流程和学习与成长四个维度出发,分析我国武术用品制造企业绩效的主要来源,建立基于平衡计分卡的武术用品制造企业绩效评价的指标体系和模型,并结合实际数据进行评价分析,构建基于平衡计分卡的我国武术用品制造企业的绩效评价体系。

| Abstract: | By used the empirical study method, this paper studies the issue of performance evaluation of Wushu goods manufacturing enterprise. To begin with, it analysis the main source of performance from finan- cial, customer, internal processes and learning and growth dimensions. Then it builds an index system and models, and a case study is also given. Finally, it constructs the performance evaluation system of Chinese Wushu manufacturing enterprises based on the Balanced Scorecard. |
