体育专业与非体育专业学生身体成分的比较分析

摘    要:采用生物电阻抗法对在校体育专业大学生127人和非体育专业大学生150人进行了测试,探讨体育专业和非体育专业学生身体成分的差异。研究结果:体育专业男生的去脂体重、肌肉量、无机盐、蛋白质和基础代谢率等指标明显高于非体育专业,存在非常显著性差异(P<0.01),而两者间体脂率和腰臀比无显著性差异(P>0.05);体育专业女生的去脂体重、肌肉量、无机盐、蛋白质和基础代谢率等指标明显高于非体育专业,腰臀比明显低于非体育专业,两者间均存在非常显著性差异(P<0.01),而两者间体脂率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。

Abstract:In order to investigate the differences of body composition between sports major and non-sports major by using bioelectrical impedance method to test 127 students whose majors are school sports and 150 students whose are non-sports majors. Resuhs: Fat-free body weight, muscle mass, inorganic salt, protein and basal metabolic rate and other indicators of boys who study sports are significantly higher than the boys who are in non-sports majors, so there are very significant differences (P〈O.O1), but there are no significant difference (P〉O.05) between body fat rate and waist-to-hip ratio. Fat-free body weights, muscle mass, inorganic salt, protein and basal metabolic rate and other indicators of girls who study sports are significantly higher than the girls who are in non-sports majors, however sports girls' WHR are significantly lower than non-sports specialty girls. Both of them has a very significant difference P 〈0.01), but fat rates are no significant (P〉 0.05).
