安徽省中小学教师远程继续教育绩效评价与反思

摘    要:开展基于网络的教师远程继续教育培训是发挥网络优势、提高教师继续教育实效的需要。目前安徽省中小学教师网络远程继续教育在实施过程中还存在着教师信息素养不高、培训活动过程管理缺失、资源配置单一、考核与评价体系不健全等问题。为提高这一工程的实效,必须加强宣传与制度建设,重视教师信息化培训工作,整合网络课程资源建设,发挥辅导教师的引领示范作用,建立网络教学过程监控和科学的评价体系。

Abstract:At present,in the process of implementing the network long-diatance further education for the primary and secondary school teachers in Anhui province there exist such problems as low information quality of teachers,lack of management in the training process,single resource allocation,imperfect assessment and evaluation system.To improve the actual effect of the project,it is necessary to strengthen the publicity and the construction of the system,take the teachers’ informatization training seriously,integrate the construction of network curriculum resource,give full play to teachers’ guidance and modelling,set up scientific monitoring and evaluation system for the network teaching process.
